USA EXPORT LAWS

Top Brass products may be subject to export laws, restrictions, regulations and administrative acts of the United States Department of Commerce, Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), State Department, and other United States authorities (collectively, “US Export Laws”).  Additionally, Top Brass products may be subject to export license under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  Top Brass is, and will remain, in compliance with all US Export Laws, and reserves the right to withhold products, and / or not sell to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
